Description
A multi vitamin and mineral with omega 3 fatty acids that has been specially formulated for optimal nourishment during pregnancy supplying 800 mcg of folic acid, 23 mg of zinc and useful sources of EPA and DHA omega 3 fatty acids. Suitable pre-pregnancy and whilst breast-feeding.
Why take supplements during pregnancy?
The modern diet may not contain enough to provide a sufficient level of nutrients for optimal growth of a developing baby. Combine this with poor food choice from time to time in spite of an overall very good diet, and the decision to take out this kind of health insurance is only sensible. Furthermore, the safety profile of vitamins and minerals combined with the risk for a lack of them, only serves to reinforce this course of action. The Biotics Research scientists have put together the most comprehensive formulas that includes vitamins, minerals, amino acids as well as omega 3 fatty acids.
The low level of vitamin A is comprised of the pre-form mixed carotenoids as well as the palmitate form.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily.
Cautions & Contraindications
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Some women may be sensitive to the iron tablet, which may be omitted. In these cases, consider adding Liquid Iron (AR) as a better tolerated alternative.
Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped and stored out of reach of children.
Directions for use
One (1) pack two (2) times each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.Â
Caution: 25mg of iron may cause stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Contains ingredients derived from Anchovy.
