FAQ – ordering
You can browse through products in several ways.
1. Main product page with filtering
Here you will find all products available on Nutri-Link Ltd website in alphabetical order. You can choose to display more products per page using the options on top. You can also filter products by Manufacturer.
2. Categories and Conditions
If you are looking for a particular type of products, you can use our lists of conditions and categories. Select a group the interests you from the Products menu:
If you know the name or code for the product you would like to purchase, use the search form to get to it fast:
Adding products to shopping basket
To place orders on this website you have to be logged in.
Once logged in, you will see “Add to basket” button next to every product currently in stock.
Click on “Add to Basket”, a confirmation will show on top of the page:
You can always view a short summary of your basket contents by hovering on the Basket option in the top right corner:
Click on the Basket to view and edit selected products or to estimate delivery costs:
Once your basket is ready, proceed to checkout. In the first step enter your billing address. You can chose to use the same address for delivery, so the next step is skipped.
Next, select or enter a new delivery address:
Depending on delivery address provided , you will be offered one or more methods of delivering your products:
Finally, you will be asked to enter your card details in order to pay for your order. The data you enter is processed by the bank. Nutri-Link will not store your payment data.
Before the payment is taken, you will be asked to review and confirm your order. Please check that basket contents, addresses and delivery method are correct.
Click on “place order” to finalise the transaction. A confirmation page with your order number will appear. You will also receive an email with all data about your order.
