Bio-3B-G (Special B Complex) x 180 Tablets
- Vegetarian product
Thiamine is recognised for its ability to assist in a wide variety of tasks throughout the body; these important roles include supporting the normal functioning of nerve cells. It’s also the main B-vitamin that hinders production of potentially harmful free radicals that may damage DNA‚ cells‚ tissues‚ and organs. Bio-3B-G tablets provide 4.5 mg (300 percent of the recommended daily value) of thiamine (vitamin B1) in its most bioavailable (easily absorbed) form. This valuable nutrient is crucial for the processing of carbohydrates‚ fats‚ and proteins. Among other functions‚ thiamine is also utilised in the formation of blood‚ helping you maintain proper blood circulation‚ and optimizing cognitive functioning. This supplement also contains riboflavin (vitamin B2) in the form of riboflavin-5-phosphate. Vitamin B2 is vital to the production of red blood cells and unlocking energy from the carbohydrates you eat.
