Description
Aqueous Multi Plus™ is a multi vitamin and mineral formula in a good tasting natural orange flavoured liquid.
Why take a multi vitamin and mineral, in liquid form?
Aqueous Multi Plus™ is great for children, and indeed adults, who cannot swallow capsules or tablets. Unlike many other liquid formulae, Aqueous Multi Plus™ contains very useful levels of many nutrients, for example, 30 iu of natural source Vitamin E and 15 mg of zinc.
Since folic acid is not stable in a liquid form for more than one week, this nutrient may need to be obtained from other sources, including vegetables and eggs, for example. Biotics Research’s B12-2000 Lozenge supplies 800 mcg of folic acid per cherry-flavoured tablet.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily. Take adequate rest and recovery time after intense exercise.

Directions for use
