Description
Bio-Glycozyme Forte (available 90 and 270 capsules) is a multi vitamin and mineral product with glandular designed to support those with blood glucose imbalances, particularly hypoglycemia and those with low cortisol. It contains the active form of vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6, in addition to useful sources of zinc and pantothenic acid.
Why Do I Need to Support Blood Glucose Balance?
One of the most common complaints in the modern age is blood glucose imbalances which can be caused by having too much to do in too little time, irregular eating, poor sleep patterns and a diet that is less than conducive to balanced energy. This is typically one which contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, especially refined carbs. In order to restore balance, not only does the diet need to be favourable, but lifestyle factors need to be aligned with this goal. To speed recovery it often requires additional support in the form of nutritional supplements. This formula has been successful in providing crucial support for those with ‘dysglycaemia’ helping reduce energy dips, cravings and improving energy and stamina.
Supportive Recommendations
Eat regular meals containing high biological value proteins and consume whole, fresh foods, and minimise all forms of refined sugar and carbohydrates. Drink plenty of fresh water. Chew food well, and relax when eating. Take some form of exercise daily.

Directions for use
Three (3) capsules each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Caution: Long term intake of 33 mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Caution: Long term intake of 5 mg Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.
