Directions for use
Two (2) to six (6) tablets each day as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Caution: Long term intake of 10 mg of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Not recommended for pregnant women.
Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or hospital immediately.
